I own the whole path on a product: logo, brand, flows, screens, prototype, code and launch. Founding two companies taught me that, and I bring it to every team I work with.

How I work with AI

AI sits inside my design process and inside the products. Each of these runs on real work today.

Mockups

Designs that are already code

I design in HTML with agents, render each screen at 1440 and 390, then build the Flutter version 1:1 against the mockup's own values.

Evaluation

Testing AI like a product

Ask AI runs against a live prompt set. At default temperature it gave 3 clean runs of 5. At 0.1 it gave 6 of 6, so I locked it there.

A record agents read first

30 topic files hold my decisions, pitfalls and fixes, so each agent session starts with the rules I set.

Video from a script

A code pipeline turns one script into voiced, subtitled walkthroughs. It made all 18 onboarding videos.

What do you do on a product?

All of it, in order: logo and brand guidelines, flows, screens, a working prototype, the build and the launch. I built every app on this page personally, from the first mark to the store listing.

Where do you work now?

I'm a Senior Product Designer with First Matter, a product design studio, and Founder and CEO of Blup (Blupx Private Limited), which also makes 1D2C.

Do you lead teams or design yourself?

Both. I hired, mentored and managed a team of 20, and I still design the product myself.

Where are you based?

New Delhi. I'm available to work remotely from India.
